Vector files very easy to edit – remove elements, add other elements, rotate, change color, change size.

Vector illustrations can be opened in many drawing program, for example: PMView, Xara, Flash, Corel Draw, Quark, and sure All Adobe programs Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. As for me, I prefer yo use Illustrator CS3!
